19 Days Till Uganda

It’s coming fast.  Only 19 days till I head over to Uganda with our crew from Cornerstone.  Looking forward to being with a great team of folks…all college students except for myself and Andi Longest, our missions coordinator.

Really looking forward to this time with special Ugandan friends…especially Miriam Namatovu, the 4 1/2 year old little girl that our family is sponsoring.  Rocked my world last year and really shaped my heart in new ways.  Sure it will happen again.  Looking forward to living the African pace of life for 10 days.  I have much to learn from these friends.

    Good to hear from you Dave. Been following you on Twitter and your blog as well and learning a lot. Glad the dentist appointment went well the other day. Got a little nervous for you.

    And I think that “Lemmings” is Brian Lemmings! Hey dude. I’m heading over to a little village outside of Kampala (the capital city) called Buloba. Our church is partnering with a new church plant there.
