Not at the time I'm sure but I had something similar happen to me in California only the police thought I was on cocaine because of my contact lenses. Kind of feels good...but they don't like being made to look the fool, and NEVER try to get out of the car when getting pulled over!! They will yell and grab for their weapon before you can even blink! I assure you it doesn't matter if you have the fish in your rear window either!
